Usage & Dosage
Add 15.9 fl oz (475 ml) of water to a shaker cup or blender, then add 1 serving (4 scoops / 285 g) of powder. Shake or blend for 15–20 seconds. Enjoy 1–2 servings per day. Tastes amazing in water — tastes even better in 1% milk. Always add liquid first, then add powder. To decrease thickness or sweetness, add more liquid.
